Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

Shipping costs depends on the weight of the order, shipping method selected, shipping origin and shipping destination. This will be calculated when you checkout your shopping cart.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. At the time of order placement, please identify shipping method desired and appropriate freight account number to be charged, if other than shipper.

Unless other arrangements have been made, all orders are shipped UPS Ground and will be insured for the dollar value of the purchase. Should you elect not to insure your purchase, a request on company letterhead must be faxed to CBS prior to shipment of product.

Computer Buying Solutions ships with most common carriers, such as Federal Express, UPS, DHL, etc. We also utilize over the road freight lines regularly, for heavy and/or bulky items. In addition, we drop ship and blind drop ship with same day delivery available. Should you need special shipping arrangements, please request at time of order, and we would be happy to accommodate your needs.

Packages are shipped from Plymouth, Minnesota, USA and the delivery time is typically about three to five business days* for a USA destination. Overseas destinations will take longer*.

Note: No PO Box and APO addresses allowed. Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package.

* Days to be delivered depend on destination and carrier service that is chosen. Upgrade service is available upon request.

Return Policy

Computer Buying Solutions stocks a wide variety of products and parts. Therefore, our warranties vary in length. Most of our products carry a Manufacturer warranty or a thirty (30) day warranty**. For your convenience, the warranty period for each line item is listed individually on our product listing.

All "as-is" products carry no warranty and are not returnable.

A Return Number (RMA) is required before shipping product back for credit, refund or exchange. All products must be sent back in its original packaging. Returns on Manufacturer Warranted product must be made within thirty (30) days from the date stated on invoice. All other returns must be made with a product's ten (10) day or thirty (30) day non-manufacturer warranty as stated on invoice. There are no returns accepted on special ordered products.

Twenty-five percent (25%) of the purchase price is charged as a re-stocking fee for all returned non-defective items. Computer Buying Solutions will not reimburse for any shipping, insurance or C.O.D. charges. In the event that product received is defective and Computer Buying Solutions does not have a replacement part, Computer Buying Solutions will reimburse for the price of the product, as well as any C.O.D. or ground shipping fees.

Dead On Arrival (DOA)

In the event that the printer must be returned for warranty due to damages caused by shipping, Computer Buying Solutions reserves the right to repair or exchange the printer. DOA repairs must be reported within seven days from the date of delivery.

All warranty repairs and exchanges require that you contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA). Contact Computer Buying Solutions Customer Service for a Return Authorization (RMA) at 1-(763) 478-8788. Customer Service staff will provide proper RMA instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RMA) .

**Warranties are limited to specific time period from the date of original invoice. Warranty is void if product has been tampered with, parts replaced, or repair attempted.
